MaNiAc MuSiK originally came about the first time circa 2005, when Reinfield (Formerly Known As Lucian Reinfield, A.K.A. Mr. Reinfield, A.K.A. Mister Reinfield) & T.B. Monstrosity (Blitzkid/Dragnun/A Gathering of None/Eddie Fest) had been discussing their frustration with the availability of bands wroks from the underground scene in the only local music store in the county, as well as an outlet to market D.I.Y./Indie/Underground Music. With not only the need for an outlet/catalog for music, ALT Lifestyle Merch such as major stores like Hot Topic, Spencers, Etc. would carry was also very limited in the area.
The two were in talks of by-passing the norms & getting a wholesale license, going into business for themselves opening a store that would specialize in these areas that was lacking in the region. Hence, "Maniac Musik" was brought to origin.
However, this was also around the same time that Blitzkid had gained noteriety Over-Seas & was slated to head out for their first ever European Tour, leaving T.B. with ZERO time to pursue this venture, and with that it was laid to rest.
18 Years later, in June of 2023, Reinfield opened the until now, only on-paper business, "Reinfield Management LLC", a management firm that would over-see the business ventures that he was invested in. The Main one being of course the only one older than this idea, Underground Indie Label "Living Dead Recordings" along with 8 other endeavors. 5 of the 9 were ones that shared his passion for music, film, & the macabre, leaving 4 that would suffice as means to help balance revenue out amongst the ever growing company.
It was here that "MaNiAc MuSiK" was reborn & became one of the first 9 Subsidiaries of Reinfield Management LLC. This would find Reinfield now at 42 yrs. old & finally pursuing the dreams from his youth.
Maniac Music is set to Open Online-Only in the Fall of 2023, with a potential Brick & Mortar Location possibly opening soon after, slated for Black Friday, IF that were to become finalized. If not, then the hunt for the right property would continue.
MaNiAc MuSiK will take the place of LDR in regards to setting up as a Vendor at local concerts/festivals, and will be the Exclusive Retailer for the Artists affiliated with LDR, LDR South, Bats Blood Music & Distribution And/Or their Affiliates.
